Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting Smoked Out Fitness - Built in the Fire, Proven in the Gym. We ship nationwide.

1. PROCESSING TIMES

  • Apparel (Tanks, Hoodies, Tees, Hats): 2-5 business days. Most items are made-to-order via our print partner to reduce waste. This means we print AFTER you order - quality over speed.
  • Custom / Piston Fist / Vertical Spine Designs: 3-7 business days (custom prints take longer)
  • Digital Products (5-Day Split PDF, Training Plans): Instant delivery via email after checkout. No shipping required.
  • 3D Printed Items (Gym Accessories, etc): 5-10 business days - printed in-house in Maryland.

Orders placed after 3pm EST process next business day. We don't process on Sundays.

2. SHIPPING RATES & METHODS

We use USPS and UPS from Maryland.

  • Standard (3-7 business days): $5.99 for 0-1 lb (1 tank/tee), $9.99 for 1-3 lbs (hoodies/bundles), FREE over $100
  • Expedited (2-3 business days): Calculated at checkout
  • Overnight: Calculated at checkout, not available for 3D prints

All rates shown at checkout before you pay.

3. WHERE WE SHIP

We ship to all 50 US states + APO/FPO. International shipping to Canada/UK available at checkout - rates calculated live, customer pays duties/taxes.

We do not ship to PO Boxes for 3D printed items (apparel to PO Box is fine).

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once shipped, you'll get a tracking number via email from Shopify + our print partner. Track at: shop.app or link in email.

If you didn't get tracking after 7 business days (apparel) or 12 days (3D), email support@smokedoutfitness.com.

5. DELAYS & ISSUES

  • Print-on-Demand delays: During drops or holidays, add 2-3 days. We'll email you if delay >7 days.
  • Lost/Stolen Packages: If tracking says delivered but you don't have it, wait 2 days (carrier sometimes early-scans), then contact us. We will file a claim and reship once after 10 days if USPS confirms loss.
  • Wrong Address: Customer responsible. If you entered wrong address, we can't refund shipping. Contact us immediately if you catch it - if not yet fulfilled we can fix free.

6. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

No shipping. After payment, download link on thank-you page + emailed. Check spam. If you don't get it within 1 hour, email us.
